You will work and sweat, but you'll learn how to access powerful poses through precise movement. This vinyasa flow class will get you deeper into all areas of your body through subtle and specific alignment cues. This practice winds down with a few longer held poses to open up the hips, hamstrings or shoulders and finishes with savasana.
