Service Description

This core, booty and leg focused workout blends body weight exercises, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and the use of free weights and resistance bands to burn fat and sculpt your lower body and abs. This class will not only kick your butt, but it will build it, leaving you feeling strong, empowered and energized. All levels welcome Equipment: yoga mat, resistance bands, free weights
