Service Description

Yin is a slow and passive practice, where we hold poses for several minutes and stretch the connective tissue around the joints. Connective tissue responds best to a slow, steady load. If you gently stretch connective tissue by holding a yin pose for a long time, the body will respond by making them a little longer and stronger—which is exactly what you want. The pace of this practice allows you to really connect with your breath and slow down your mind. All levels welcome Equipment: yoga mat, blocks and strap
